Social Media News 8/7/09

Every once in a while I read a good article about online marketing that really doesn’t fall under “Social Media,” but I’ll include it in these emails anyway- for example, the Media Post article below about display ads.

Also, you’ll see a few articles about this week’s DDos Attacks, or “Distributed Denial of Service” attacks. Online publishers were ablaze reporting on these attacks against Facebook, Twitter, and others. I tried to weed through some of them and find useful articles to share with you.
